Biography
George Chapman was the Canadian Driving
Champion in 1966, driving a Lotus 23B. In the dozen years he raced,
George contributed a lot as a competitor, but he probably contributed
more after he retired and took on the posts as President and
Vice-President of the Canadian Automobile Sport Club (CASC). He filled
those rolls admirably, and motorsport in Canada benefited from his
leadership.
